I enjoy facilitating groups because they provide a safe and inclusive environment where participants can express their thoughts and experiences. One Circle creates a space where everyone can contribute and be heard, leading to solutions and stronger relationships.
There is nothing better than watching kids open up to their peers. One Circle gives these kids an opportunity to have fun as well as make new connections.
Being a One Circle Facilitator allows me the opportunity to help young people see and celebrate themselves for the incredible humans that they are.

What I love about One Circle is the interaction between myself and the students. This program provides students with a safe place to acknowledge, address, and communicate their feelings.
I love that I get to be a part of creating a safe place for youth to share and learn about things that will serve them well as they go about this journey we call life. It is a place to talk about hard things as well as celebrate the good things.
I am very excited to start facilitating because I feel spending time with kids and teens, supporting them through life struggles and joys, is such honor. I love hearing what they have to say about the world and I KNOW they will be the ones to change it someday!
