Executive Director

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in non-profit work with focus on board governance, financial performance and viability, organization mission and strategy, and organization operations. The Executive Director works 35 hours per week and is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of Los Alamos Juvenile Justice Advisory Board (JJAB). Other key functions include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors through the Executive Committee.
