Davonna joined JJAB in August 2022. She works primarily with high school aged youth and their families. She is a Mississippi native and received her bachelor’s degree from the historic Alcorn State University. She is a licensed baccalaureate social worker and will be furthering her education by pursuing a master’s in social work at Western New Mexico University. She brings an array of knowledge and experience from working with children, youth, families, elderly, and disabled populations with Child Protective Services and Adult Protective Services. Her skills include case management, advocacy, and crisis intervention. She is passionate about working with individuals and families encouraging empowerment and life skills. Davonna’s hobbies include spending time with her husband and children.
