Licensed Mental health Clinician
One full-time and one part-time position available
We are seeking two compassionate, trauma-informed Mental Health Clinicians to provide individual and family counseling for youth ages 10–17. Using a variety of evidence-based approaches, you will help young people navigate challenges, strengthen coping skills, and achieve their goals. Each clinician will maintain an ongoing caseload of approximately 15–20 youth while working as part of a collaborative team.
Salary range of $30-$40 per hour
Resource Specialist
One full-time position available
We are seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Resource Specialist to support youth and families in our community. This position plays a critical role as the connective tissue between youth, families, and the wide range of services available in our community. Through strong relationships and knowledge of local and regional resources, they help youth and families navigate complex systems and access the support they need to succeed.
Resource Specialists provide case management and community resource services for middle and/or high school youth and their families. The positions may work with younger children and their families, depending on the organization’s needs. Positions case manage 50-60 youth throughout the year, identify at-risk youth and families, administer assessments, provide referrals to appropriate services, develop coordinated service plans, provide follow-up, and engage in community outreach and program development.
Position is full-time, with a flexible schedule that includes the option to work some hours at home. Multiple background checks are required.

One circle facilitator
One part-time position available
Help youth build confidence, resilience, and healthy relationships.
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and engaging One Circle Facilitator to lead evidence-based support groups for elementary, middle, and high school youth. This position facilitates multiple One Circle Girls and Boys Council groups using the One Circle Foundation curriculum.
Position is part-time, averaging 5-10 hours per week when facilitating sessions during the school year. Summer hours are estimated to be 5 hours per week, but are not guaranteed. Schedule is flexible, but must be available to work daytime, after school, and early evening hours during the week. Multiple background checks are required.
Salary range of $40 per hour
