Rachel holds Bachelor of Science degrees in child development and psychology from Central Michigan University. She has worked with youth and families in a variety of settings since 2010, including working in the state child welfare systems in Michigan and New Mexico for many years. Rachel joined JJAB in 2020 as a Resource Specialist, and became the first Program Manager over the Resource Specialist team in 2021. In January 2023, Rachel became JJAB’s Executive Director. Rachel’s expertise includes organizational development, cultivating community partnerships and building staff capacity. Rachel enjoys travel, reading, Pilates and tiramisu!
