JJAB's Annual School Supply Fundraiser

For the past six years, JJAB has raised funds to provide Los Alamos Public School (LAPS) students and staff with school supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, calculators, pencils, binders, crayons, paper, and other academic supplies. Last year, with the support from individuals like you, JJAB was able to raise over $4,000 and provide over 50 youth with much-needed supplies.
Your donations will be used to purchase supplies for students in LAPS elementary schools, middle school, and high school. JJAB Resource Specialists provide supplies to the clients in our programs and collaborate with LAPS counselors and local organizations to identify the needs of additional youth. JJAB then purchases the supplies as our finances allow, distributing them directly to students and schools.
Thank you for considering our request to support our local schools and the students they serve. To ensure supplies are available at the start of school, we are asking that donations be received by July 31st. Should you decide to support this project, please make your check payable to the Los Alamos JJAB and note on the check “back-to-school project”. Checks may be mailed to Los Alamos JJAB, P.O. Box 4716, Los Alamos, NM 87547. All funds donated will go directly to purchasing the school supplies.
