The Agreement

Youth who successfully complete a Restorative Justice agreement gain a sense of closure and resolution, as they have taken an active role in taking responsibility for their actions, making amends and repairing harm. Additionally, successful completing of an agreement can help youth rebuild trust and restore relationships with those affected by their actions and move forward with a deeper understanding of how their actions impact others.
