Each youth participating in the Restorative Justice program is assigned a Resource Specialist (RS). The RS works with the youth to assist them in completing their Agreement. The RS will guide the youth and provide support. The youth is responsible to complete their Agreement.
In addition, the RS can provide support to the youth, and their family, by connecting them to resources that fit their individual situation and needs with a focus on enhancing communication and eliminating barriers.
The goal of the Resource Specialist program is to surround youth within our community with support, empowering them to thrive in school and life.
